You'll work closely with your triad partners in design and development, as well as global merchandising, sourcing, and marketing teams.

You'll collaborate with the Consumer Insights team to integrate feedback into product strategies.

You'll partner with regional teams to ensure product relevance and alignment across distribution channels.

We're looking for a Senior Product Line Manager (PLM) to lead the Men's Sportswear Apparel Classics category within the Global Men's Apparel Product Team. This role is responsible for driving the product creation process from initial concept through commercialization and production, ensuring alignment with critical dates, product specifications, sustainability goals, and profitability targets.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and collaborative leader with a passion for lifestyle apparel and a deep understanding of the streetwear consumer. You'll be expected to influence cross-functional teams, manage seasonal line plans, and deliver compelling product assortments that resonate with our global consumer base.

What You Bring :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, or a related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
• 3+ years relevant industry experience in product creation, merchandising, or brand marketing.
• Proven ability to translate consumer insights into compelling product solutions.
• Strong influencing skills and ability to drive strategy across functions.
• Deep understanding of apparel construction and development.
• Passion for lifestyle apparel and culture.
• Experience managing complex timelines and delivering against key milestones.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
