We’re looking for a Seasoned, motivated Site Manager to lead our Matteson team. At Sparkle, we put people at the heart of everything we do — and we’re looking for leaders who do the same. If you’re ready to take ownership, inspire your team, and make every day shine, we’d love to meet you.

Pay & Perks :

• $20–$25 / hour (equivalent to $50,000–$61,750 annually )
• $1,500 sign-on bonus (with car wash experience) or $1,000 (with retail management experience) after 90 days
• Up to $12,000 annual bonus potential
• Unlimited sales commissions
• 45-hour work week
• Medical benefits after 90 days
