Job descriptionWe pride ourselves on keeping a small family company feel and making our work enjoyable while offering excellent customer service throughout our Central Minnesota service area. Fully stocked with parts to complete same day service(s) Company paid cell phone & tablet Employee discount on parts & services Continued training via company meetings or paid 3rd party trainings Opportunities to cross train with HVAC and Plumbing Dispatched from home every morning Home every night (No out of state travel) Troubleshoot residential HVAC issues & present repair solutions Provide estimates, create work scopes and material lists Fill out and submit proper paperwork to dispatch office and warehouse Alert Vehicles department for required oil changes & maintenance Keep truck stock inventory organized and ensure proper counts Maintain a clean and professional personal appearance Ability to join and participate in our On Call rotation HVAC Service Technician Qualifications : Be able to work within our entire service area (Central MN) Be able to work 40 hours a week (overtime occasionally offered) Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance HVAC : 4 years (Required)
Experienced HVAC Technician
We are looking to hire 3-4
- experienced HVAC Technicians
- to join our residential HVAC service team.

Technicians at Neighborhood are responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, presenting & installing repair solutions to residential customer HVAC systems. Technicians work independently and as part of our team to demonstrate technical competency, offer great customer experiences, and perform high quality work.
We are seeking capable, driven HVAC Technicians that are team players and are always willing to learn. A take-home company van with gas card
