What We Are Looking For

VML is seeking a Media Director to join our Connections department to support a key client. We are looking for a leader who can embody and support our vision and strategic direction, effectively develop and present materials for new business pitches, and be an integral part of our team. This role requires someone who can manage client media-related issues, foster strong client relationships, and lead media planning efforts that drive innovative and effective ideas. We are looking for a professional who can continually reinforce consumer behaviors in integrated idea development, empower innovative ideas with new media technologies, and supervise the implementation of integrated offerings and tools.

• Manage the flow of client media-related issues, creating solutions and resolving problems.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
• Establish timetables for the development of plans.
• Support the growth and development of junior team members

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package.
