The Toolroom Attendant plays a critical role in supporting the manufacturing operations at Huntington Ingalls Shipyard by managing and maintaining the toolroom inventory and equipment. This position ensures that all tools and machinery are properly stored, accounted for, and in optimal working condition to facilitate uninterrupted production workflows. The Toolroom Attendant collaborates closely with production teams to provide timely access to necessary tools and assists in the calibration and repair of equipment as needed. By maintaining accurate records and adhering to safety protocols, this role contributes to the overall efficiency and safety of the manufacturing environment.
