Job Responsibilities :

• Preparation of customer receivable reports and ageing reports.
• Reconciliation of customer ledgers, resolving discrepancies, and making necessary adjustments in the books.
• Performing daily bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
• Recording bank payments, receipts, expenses, and adjustment entries.
• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and related reports.
• Coordinating with external auditors during audit processes to ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Ensuring all financial records are accurate and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Resolving identified discrepancies on a timely basis.
• Conducting DBS system analysis and necessary follow-ups.
• Performing Upaya Connect analysis and coordinating with the Transport Team for updates.
• Coordinating with Upaya employees, customers, and vendors for financial and operational matters.
• Collaborating with the Transport Team for transaction recording and resolving ongoing issues.
• Providing financial reports and data as required by management.
• Implementing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard financial assets, enhance processes, and reduce risk.
• Following up with teams and external parties for required actions.
• Reporting key outcomes and updates to the line manager.
• Executing plans and directives provided by senior management.
• Working collaboratively within the team to achieve desired goals.
• Continuously assessing and improving accounting and financial processes to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
