Registered Nurse Job Details

Location : Westminster, CO 80023 (Colorado nursing jobs)

Healthcare Setting : MedSurg / Telemetry, Float Pool

Assignment Type : Travel Registered Nurse (RN)

Start Date : November 24, 2025

End Date : February 28, 2026

Contract Duration : 14 weeks

Shift : 12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week

Estimated Weekly Pay : $1930 - $2070

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado or a participating NLC state

Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification

NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification

Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in Telemetry or MedSurg

Ability to float to other healthcare units or facilities within a 60-mile radius as needed

Telemetry RN Responsibilities

Assess and address the physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients in a clinical setting

Develop and implement individualized patient care plans with the interdisciplinary healthcare team

Monitor and interpret telemetry data, administer medications, and perform therapeutic and diagnostic interventions

Provide patient and family education to ensure understanding and readiness for care

Advocate for patient safety, rights, and optimal health outcomes

Delegate tasks appropriately to non-RN clinical support staff in accordance with hospital policy

Serve as a professional role model and mentor for new nursing staff and students

Participate in quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and continuing education activities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date professional nursing records
