Job Description

This role is responsible for timely and accurate data entry, quality and inspection of production materials, and participating in required Production meetings.

What You Will Do

• Enters production data accurately into the warehouse management system
• Inspects incoming materials, reports damages and discrepancies for accounting and record-keeping purposes
• Tracks departmental data and generates applicable reports as needed
• Works on the plant floor or in the warehouse to research discrepancies
• Recommends, implements, and promotes measures to improve departmental productivity and efficiencies, product quality, methods and working conditions to minimize downtime. Follows TPM / continuous improvement principles
• Proactively communicates maintenance needs, quality issues or other situations that impact safety, quality, or productivity to the appropriate functional / department leader
• Assists in training teammates
• Communicates verbally and / or in writing with others
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $49,000.00 - $73,600.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
