Physical Therapist / Physical Therapist Assistant

Active At Home Senior Services is a companion care and therapy practice servicing Durham, Chapel Hill, Hillsborough, and surrounding communities. Our goal is to enrich the lives of older adults in our community through a variety of personalized services designed to promote optimal physical and mental health and the ability to age in place.

We are looking for full and part-time Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants to join our team and provide mobile outpatient services to clients in their home or at an assisted living facility under Medicare Part B. Our company is growing rapidly and if interested, there will be opportunity for growth in other capacities.

Requirements :

• PT's - Master's Degree, or Doctorate.
• PTA's - PTA Degree.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist or Assistant in the State of North Carolina.
• Previous PT / PTA work with geriatrics preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
