Job descriptionManage subcontractors, submittals, RFIs, scheduling, and meeting minutes Maintain professional, client-facing interactions Utilize Procore and PlanGrid software (preferred) Balance in-office and on-site work, with the option for one remote day per week Degree in engineering or architecture preferred Experience in commercial interiors Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work effectively with subcontractors and clients Salary : $110k - $130k Employee-centric culture with a family feel, avoiding corporate cut-throat environment Excellent work-life balance and opportunities for long-term growth
