Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer support to community members in German and English
Assist users through various channels, including email, phone, and chat
Participate in occasional side projects and share user insights to improve products and processes
Required Qualifications
Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a bonus
Experience in a customer-centric and customer-facing environment
Familiarity with customer support platforms like Zendesk or Freshdesk
Personal or professional experience with cryptocurrency or the blockchain ecosystem
