Job Title : Customer Service Coordinator Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PMHYBRID- 3 days work from home - 2 days onsite in Gainesville, VA

As a Customer Service Coordinator , you’ll be the frontline liaison ensuring smooth vehicle relocation services and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute customer vehicle relocation orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Schedule pickups and deliveries, ensuring all instructions are followed precisely
• Oversee additional services such as vehicle detailing, titling / registration, and storage placement
• Communicate clearly and promptly with staff and independent contractors via email, phone, and CRM
• Maintain accurate records in CRM, including timely updates and document uploads
• Ensure compliance with company policies and DOT regulations

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00 / hr.
