Job descriptionPrepare and analyze quarterly internal consolidated and consolidating financial statements including Work in Process (WIP) Schedules Manage month-end closing schedule and oversee preparation of all account reconciliations, preparation and review of journal entries in the GL Drive month-end close schedule by overseeing and at times preparing journal entries in the GL and owning particular tasks in that process, while preparing and reviewing robust documentation and reconciliations Prepare variance analyses for specific accounts to assist the FP&A and leadership teams in identifying key insights in regular monthly financial Lead various accounting transaction cycles, while focusing on improving the established processes through efficient process design and Assist with annual external audits by preparing schedules, documenting, and explaining procedures and providing requested information as Collaborate and partner with teams across the company to ensure the accuracy of financial Drive ongoing process improvements and efficiency gains for areas of Lead or assist on ad-hoc projects as needed (e.g. tax compliance, system implementations). 6+ years of construction (cost to cost) accounting experience, with 3+ years of supervisory experience. Solid communication skills and ability to manage a team of 6 senior and staff accountants Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting Advanced Excel capabilities / knowledge.
