We are recruiting for an Adult Services Manager for our Dinwiddie office.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Adult Services program and also oversees Ellis Square, a transitional independent living program for adults with serious mental illness. Recommend new hires, train, and supervise staff within their assigned program. Represent Greater Reach CSB with community organizations and serves on boards and committees related to the program.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

M1 : Master’s degree in human services field or related field.

M2 : Licensed as an LMHP.

M3 : Minimum three (3) years position related experience in providing clinical work and supervision of program management regarding adult mental health disorders.

M4 : Valid Driver’s License in state of residence with a point balance of -6 or higher.

Preferred

P1 : Up to five (5) years position related experience in providing clinical work and supervision of program management regarding adult mental health disorders.

P2 : Experience with consumers in the criminal justice system, and experience with crisis intervention.

Annual Salary Range

Grade C13

$80,288.00 - $93,670.00
