We are currently seeking a reliable, friendly, and motivated Patient Services Representative to join our growing team and contribute to our mission of excellent dental care.

Key Responsibilities Tasks include answering the phone and distributing calls or messages accordingly  Verifying insurances and confirming patient information Providing patients with information of dental services, memberships, and treatments that are provided in the offices Providing excellent customer service Job Requirements Proven experience - at least 1 year - in dental administration - REQUIRED!

Experience with Dentrix is required Knowledge of dentistry and dental procedures Highly flexible, detail-oriented, reliable and trustworthy Spanish-speaking a plus Position Details :
