A company is looking for a Moderate Bodily Injury Represented Litigation Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

Sets initial reserves, updates reserves, and documents rationale and claim summary notes

Negotiates and settles claims in accordance with business unit best practices

Documents claim files with notes, evaluations, and the decision-making process

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Experience in claims handling, particularly in moderate represented litigation

Knowledge of uninsured or underinsured motorist claims and complex claims

Ability to draft and respond to attorney correspondence and legal demands

Familiarity with Department of Insurance complaints and investigations

Understanding of medical reports and their role in claims settlement evaluation
