Tuesday - Friday 9 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm

Saturday 8 : 00 am - 12 : 00 pm

Compensation :

$28.50 - $44.03 Depending on experience and licensure.

Therapist I with Associate Licensure : $58406 - $60445 annually

Therapist II with Full Licensure : $71240 - $90230 annually.

Your role as a Therapist

As a Full-Time Therapist at Wasatch Behavioral Healths American Fork Family Clinic (AFFC) you can expect a fulfilling daily routine centered around providing high-quality care to clients. Your day will primarily involve conducting one-on-one therapy sessions where you will utilize evidence-based practices to support individuals in overcoming challenges and achieving their mental health goals. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams you will be expected to contribute to treatment plans and attend regular staff meetings for continuous improvement and communication. Additionally you will engage in ongoing professional development including supervision and training sessions that will enhance your skills and knowledge in the field. Expect to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients while practicing empathy and problem-solving in a relaxed yet professional environment. Your schedule will vary weekly. Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen motor vehicle record review and criminal background check. After hire you must complete and receive a Criminal Background Clearance (BCI) from Utah State Office of Licensing. Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment in the position you must provide an official copy of licensure or certification.
