The Portfolios team is responsible for Wealthsimple's managed investing experiencea fully automated way to grow your money that's designed to help clients achieve their financial goals. From saving for retirement to building long-term wealth, Portfolios gives clients access to expertly designed investment strategies, low fees, and personalized advice, all through a modern digital experience.

We serve a broad range of clientsfrom those transferring investments from traditional institutions to those just getting started. This team plays a critical role in how we attract, engage, and retain clients, helping them feel confident in their financial future with a product that's simple, smart, and built to perform.

In this role you'll have the opportunity to :

  • Lead day-to-day program management for new in-person experiences, from planning through launch and operations.
  • Develop operating models, playbooks, and SOPs for staffing, training, and client engagement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Design, Marketing, Finance, CX) to align and execute.
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships, including F&B, tech, and service providers.
  • Oversee reporting, and KPI measurement tied to acquisition, engagement, and ROI.
  • Coordinate on-site activations, community programming, and experiential events.
  • Oversee event programming for both retail spaces and experiential pop-ups, ensuring experiences reflect brand values and drive measurable impact.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for ongoing retail operations once spaces are live.

What you'll bring :

  • 710+ years of experience in retail operations.
  • Proven ability to launch and operate premium experiential or client-facing spaces.
  • Experience managing vendors, contracts, and retail ops.
  • Strength in building SOPs, training programs, and scalable operating models.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort working at the intersection of brand and operations.
  • Financial acumen and ability to track and report on KPIs.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences in physical environments.
