Contract Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 12-hour day shifts (AM); every other weekend required

Hours per Week : 36

Estimated Weekly Pay : $1950 - $2090 per week

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Illinois RN license (required for Illinois healthcare jobs)

At least 1 year of recent experience in Telemetry or Neuro unit nursing

Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications

Clinical experience with neuro, oncology, and general surgery patients

Proficient in administering IV anti-arrhythmic and anti-seizure medications

Chemo certification preferred

Travel Nurse Responsibilities

Monitor and assess telemetry patients within the neuro unit

Deliver comprehensive care to neuro, oncology, and surgical patients

Administer IV anti-arrhythmic and anti-seizure medications safely

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record

Participate in patient education and discharge planning to support positive patient experiences
