Whether you’re guiding new CNAs, managing medications, or making critical decisions during quiet night hours, your role matters deeply—and you’ll be supported every step of the way.

Monitoring, assessing, and documenting resident conditions
Administering medications and treatments per physician orders
Collaborating with physicians, DON/ADON, and interdisciplinary teams
Supervising CNAs and providing clear guidance
Responding promptly to resident needs and changes in condition
Supporting families with updates and compassionate communication
Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulations
Helping improve processes for resident safety and care quality
Current RN license in Illinois
CPR/BLS Certification (or willingness to obtain)
1–2 years of nursing experience preferred, especially in SNF/LTC
Calm under pressure, attentive to detail, and a strong team player
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
A commitment to kindness, respect, and integrity in every interaction
