Remote- MUST BE BASED IN SOUTH FLORIDA.

Salary Range : $58,000-68,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities of the Senior Accounts Payable Specialist :

Full cycle accounts payable- 3way matching, invoice processing, approval, coding, compliance, etc.

Setting up new vendors and vendor communication

Assist with month end close- reconciliations, maintaining the GL, etc.

Cash reporting- tracking outgoing payments, monitoring cash requirements, etc.

Qualifications of the Senior Accounts Payable Specialist :

5+ years of full cycle AP experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred.

Excel proficiency : Pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.

Experience with NetSuite, QuickBooks, Great Plains, or other large ERPs is a plus.
