Position Overview :

We are partnering with a leading Mechanical Contractor in the Pittsburgh, PA area to find a highly experienced Sr. Mechanical Project Manager. Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and supervise all phases of assigned projects
• Prepare and manage project schedules
• Estimate and negotiate change orders, maintaining change order logs
• Manage project budgets and approve all expenses
• Oversee contract administration
• Handle the buyout of subcontracts and equipment
• Interface with project owners
• Assemble and maintain complete project records and close-out documents
• Conduct project punch-list inspections with the superintendent and owners representative, issuing punch lists to relevant subcontractors
• Maintain contact with past clients for repeat work
