As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within an aerospace and defense location, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with staff and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service while upholding our values of agility, reliability, and integrity. Pay Rate : $22.16 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time

Mon : 01 : 00 PM - 09 : 00 PM

Sun : 01 : 00 PM - 09 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

Monitor access points and report any unusual or suspicious activity observed during patrols.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to support a secure environment at the location.

Complete required documentation and incident reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Remain alert to changing conditions within the location that may require additional security-related attention or response.

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control and / or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
