Webinar Marketing Co-op (Fall 2024)
Job Summary
Paycor is a seeking an ambitious and tenacious individual to join our Marketing team as a Webinar Intern. The Webinar Intern will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of marketing webinars.
This role will support Paycor’s webinar program whose audience consists of Paycor prospects, clients, and partners. You’ll also be responsible for curating existing content and organizing it in our online content repository (Highspot).
This position will work closely with the Webinar Producer and content team to support flawless execution of marketing webinar activities Essential Duties and Responsibilities As a Co-op, you can expect the following :
- Manage emails and inquiries for Paycor webinars.
- Submit applications for the necessary continuing education credits that we offer our webinar attendees.
- Contribute potential HR-related ideas for the webinar calendar.
- Procure new subject matter experts for webinars.
- Conduct webinar challenges / games in a virtual setting for Paycor customers who are enrolled in our advocacy program.
- Monitor the pre-recorded (SIMULIVE) webinars and respond to attendees in the Q&A chat.
- Retrieve and maintain webinar attendee data from Salesforce.
- Format, categorize, and do quality checks on completed webinars so they’re available to the public on demand.
- Collaborate with webinar producer to pre-record various sessions.
- Review upcoming webinar presentations (PPT) to ensure quality and appropriate formatting.
- Manage ad hoc projects for the marketing team as they arise.

- Seeking a Bachelor’s degree preferred with specialization in events or marketing
- Completion of at least 2 years of college-level coursework with a 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher
- Superior organizational and operational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to plan ahead and meet hard deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work effectively with managers and senior leaders of the organization
- Highly enthusiastic, passionate, curious, confident and tenacious
Paycor Total Rewards We offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, and education.
We anticipate the base pay for this position to be $18.00-$22.00 hourly.
