Description

The role involves manually reviewing merchant data using AXP systems and analyzing merchant-level data to evaluate the success of data matching efforts. It also includes researching restaurant information and collaborating with cross-functional teams across Resy to execute virtual test transactions for data validation.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years overall experience required
• Experience working with Salesforce, Looker, or similar platforms
• Strong data analytics skills to cross-reference data across systems
• Experience doing online research to source information about restaurants or other businesses
• Strong organizational and project management skills (agile, attention to detail, managing tight timelines) are critical.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment without direct supervision.
• Ability to build relationships, manage and resolve conflict and partner effectively with cross-functional teams and peers managing tight timelines) are critical
