City Wide Building Services is seeking an outside sales representative with a "go getter" attitude in the Houston market. This individual is responsible for finding and engaging new customers through a combination of cold-calling, warm lead follow-up and expanding existing client relationships.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Communicate with customers in person, over the phone, and via email
* Educate the client on the various types of services that City Wide offers and determine the most appropriate solution to meet clients needs.
* Work with Director of Business Development to define sales strategies and achieve established goals.
* Identify potential clients in the assigned market.
* Maintain positive and productive relationship with clients.
* Identify and contact qualified clients for services daily.
* Negotiate contract and pricing agreements with clients onsite.
* Follow up with potential clients throughout the sales process.
* Track all prospecting in CRM system.
* Other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree or higher
* 1 or more years minimum experience in sales
* Valid drivers license
* Proficient with computer and software applications such as Microsoft Suite.
* Familiar with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)
* B2B Sales experience preferred
