Position Overview : We're seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in entertainment to oversee mainly post-production operations of our content creation company. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of content, post-production, and exceptional leadership qualities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Post-Production Management : Lead post-production efforts for content editing, ensuring timelines are met and keep editors accountable for delivering the project in a timely manner.
• Oversee company employees efficiency : Oversee all aspects of the company employees productivity. Using management tool to track employees deadlines and overall Efficiency.
• Leadership : Provide strong leadership to a team of professionals, fostering collaboration and maintaining high morale.
• Problem Solving : Quickly and effectively resolve any issues that arise during the tour or production process.
