Business Manager, SBB Product Operations

Small Business Bank (SBB) is in a transformational period of growth, just one year into the launch of our digital account opening (DAO) capability as we expand to become a national digital bank for small businesses. A key to delivering sustained growth is to create an exceptional customer experience post acquisition to engage, delight, and retain our customers. In this role, you will be part of SBB's Channel Strategy and Analytics team, responsible for developing intent to improve the small business customer experience in partnership with our call center, branch, and bank operations teams. The expectation in this role is for you to use analytics to understand the "voice of the customer" (via surveys, servicing call reasons, and complaints data), identify high leverage customer friction areas, and influence cross-functional partners to build and execute solutions. You will also help us define the future of the omni-channel servicing experience for the national digital bank that we are building.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. Richmond, VA : $144,000 - $164,400 for Business Manager McLean, VA : $158,400 - $180,800 for Business Manager Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
