What We Look For in Future Software Engineer Hires

We regularly seek professionals with :

• Strong experience in modern programming languages such as Golang, Java, Python, or JavaScript
• A solid foundation in scalable system design, APIs, and microservices
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP), databases, and distributed systems
• Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and running software in production environments
• A proactive, growth-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in remote-first, collaborative teams
