Summary :

The Loan Operations Specialist (Commercial Loans) at TransPecos Banks plays a crucial role within the loan operations department.This position is responsible for supporting the entire loan lifecycle for commercial loans, as well as performing various administrative tasks to support the Bank's operations. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless loan management and exceptional customer service.

• Loan Application Management :

Assist borrowers in completing loan applications and gathering necessary financial documentation.

Review and verify borrower information, including business formation and financial documents.

Prepare and organize loan closing documents, including promissory notes and security agreements.

Manage loan accounts by assisting with payments, maintaining records, and providing customer service.

Track and monitor borrower payments to ensure adherence to the repayment schedule.

Perform general administrative duties to support the loan operations department.
