Wholesale Sales Support Specialist

A company is looking for a Remote Wholesale Sales Support Specialist to join a growing wholesale mortgage team.

Key Responsibilities

Support Account Executives and brokers by managing daily pipeline activity and communication

Train new brokers on Encompass TPO Connect, pricing tools, and file flow

Assist with loan scenarios, exceptions, and lock requests while ensuring compliance and deadlines are met

Qualifications

2+ years of wholesale mortgage lending experience, including disclosures

Proven success supporting Account Executives or sales operations

Experience with Encompass TPO Connect preferred

Knowledge of Non-QM lending is a plus

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
