Meet the Product Management, End-to-End Experience Team – shaping the future of connected health. We’re redefining how diabetes care is delivered, building intelligent experience layers that guide patients, providers, and partners through seamless journeys from onboarding and engagement to long-term adherence and health impact.

As the Senior Director, Product Management – End-to-End Experience, you will define priorities, balance impact and ROI, and own decisions on opportunities to pursue across the Dexcom ecosystem.

Where You Come In

You lead Dexcom’s horizontal experience strategy across patient, provider, partner and payor journeys.

You manage and mentor Group Product Managers (GPMs), ensuring they act as single-threaded owners of their respective experiences.

You ensure experience threads tie together into a unified Dexcom ecosystem.

You guide service design blueprints and experience-level investment decisions.

You partner across the organization to translate experience requirements into vertical product roadmaps.

You collaborate with CX and Customer Insights teams to surface opportunities and guide strategy, but you own prioritization and execution decisions.

You develop and maintain Dexcom’s end-to-end experience frameworks and blueprints.

You define and drive measurable outcomes at the moments that matter across all journeys.

You lead cross-functional pods to address friction points and deliver value.

You represent the experience perspective in executive and governance forums.

You work with IT, R&D, product teams, technical support, and other functions to inform platform decisions driven by customer needs and experience goals.

You have strong product management fundamentals and know how to take a digital product from concept to scale, with users, data, and business value in mind.

You work across internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless experiences bridging technology, clinical workflows, and business operations.

You can navigate regulatory, operational, and user-expectation complexity, simplifying where possible and structuring where necessary.

You think in systems—understanding how people, platforms, policies, and processes fit together, with an eye to future impact.

Experience And Education Requirements

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 17+ years of industry experience.

13+ years of leadership experience.

Flex Workplace : Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will determine office visit needs with your manager. You must live within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles / 120 km).
