Job Description
Oversee construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Manage a team of 4-5 Project Managers, while overseeing multiple projects. Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and clients. Identify and address potential risks or issues to minimize project disruptions. Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.
