Senior Director, Product Management

BrightStar Care is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead product vision and strategy, from conception to launch, partnering across the business and stakeholder groups to ensure product value is delivered and roadmaps are built and maintained. Manage Product Owners aligned to triads and delivery teams to oversee delivery execution.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall product strategy, vision, and roadmap in alignment with organizational goals and market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, domains, and individuals—including Engineering, UI / UX Design, Marketing, Sales, and Clinical —to ensure successful product planning, execution, and go-to-market strategies.
• Mentor and develop Product Owners and team members to promote a culture of innovation, customer-centricity, and high performance.
• Establish and monitor product KPIs and metrics to evaluate product performance and inform continuous improvement efforts.
• Engage regularly with stakeholders to gather feedback, prioritize features, and balance business needs with technical and clinical constraints.
