Front Desk Associate

Forma Gym is looking for passionate, experienced and service driven Front Desk Associates to join our Front Desk Team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

• Communicate and practice exceptional customer service and hospitality standards.
• Practice a clean and safe environment for staff and members.
• Greeting and assisting members.
• Cashier operations.
• Answering phones.
• Ensure that the club and exercise equipment are clean and well maintained while providing all members, prospective members, and guests with excellent customer service.
• Assist with special events.

DRIVERS of SUCCESS:

• A heart committed to the service of others (minimum 1 year customer service experience required)
