About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Workplace Lead to manage and oversee all workplace-related activities and operations, ensuring a safe, secure, and functional work environment for our employees. This role is critical in shaping and executing Roku's workplace strategy and delivering a world-class employee experience. Youll be responsible for creating a happy and productive environment, driving excellent service delivery, and contributing meaningfully to our workplace culture and success.

For California Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $75,000 - $90,000 annually.

Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.

This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off.

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop and execute Roku's workplace strategy aligned with overall business objectives for the Santa Monica office.
• Own the Santa Monica office experience, managing cross-functional projects, initiatives, and daily operations.
• Communicate effectively with employees and senior stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service.
• Build and support employee experience programs and internal events focused on engagement and satisfaction.
• Ensure office spaces are comfortable, functional, and well-maintained, coordinating with building management as needed.
• Manage workplace vendors and contractors, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Lead workplace-related projects including office moves, relocations, and program roll-outs.
