Local Radius rule : Less than 75 miles = minus $10 / hr on the posted BR

Start ASAP for 13 weeks

M-F, 8 hour days (possible night on call)

Weekend Requirement? No

Float requirement? No

Hospice experience required. Case management experience required.

You will be required to comply with AdventHealth's internal call off policy which states that if you call off on a weekend or holiday please be prepared for your manager to schedule you on another weekend or holiday
