Job descriptionOwn the fitness P&L across clubs; set targets and deliver revenue, margin, and labor efficiency. Raise member satisfaction for PT clients through consistent service standards and coaching. Run the playbook : deploy and drive adoption of Enhance and other PT tools / programs. Build the team : recruit, develop, and lead all fitness staff. Level up capability : design and deliver training that improves PT knowledge, skills, and performance. Partner with Marketing to create and optimize campaigns that grow fitness awareness and conversion. Manage performance using KPIs; inspect what matters and course‑correct quickly. Scale what works : standardize best practices and launch strategic programs across markets. Multi-unit fitness leadership with proven success in Personal Training. A track record of growing revenue and profitability. Strength in recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing teams. Comfort working cross‑functionally with Operations and Marketing. Clear communicator with a bias for action; passionate about fitness and member experience. PT revenue and margin vs. target Member satisfaction and client retention KPI attainment (conversion, utilization, sessions per client, labor %) Tool / program adoption and training completion Quality and stability of PT leadership bench
