Job Duties

• Craft Individualized Treatment Plans : Assess patients' needs and devise tailored therapy strategies to help them meet their functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Engage in evidence-based practices to promote patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily activities.
• Foster Team Collaboration : Work in harmony with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive care.
• Educate Patients and Families : Equip patients and their relatives with knowledge and techniques to support ongoing progress outside of therapy.
• Track and Document Progress : Monitor clinical outcomes and adjust strategies as necessary, ensuring patients remain on track toward their goals.
