Job description

A company is looking for a Customer Support Program Manager who will oversee customer support operations and enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary support liaison for key customers, managing relationships and performance metrics

Coordinate communication between internal support teams and ensure timely completion of escalations and action items

Track and analyze key customer support KPIs, presenting insights for process improvements

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in customer support, technical account management, or service delivery roles

Strong understanding of industrial automation or technical service environments

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders across departments

Proficiency with CRM, ticketing, and reporting tools

Ability to work independently while leading cross-functional collaboration
