Adecco is currently assisting one of its top clients in their search for an Inside Sales Coordinator working in Hoffman Estates, IL 60192 (Onsite).

Pay rate : $32 / hour

Shift Time : Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Job Summary :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inside Sales Coordinator to support our Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and sales team. This role involves managing sales support activities, preparing quotes, analyzing pricing and profit margins, and coordinating with internal teams and factories. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and hands-on experience with SAP.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist RSMs with product information, pricing, and profit analysis for quotes and orders.

Track sales history, order status, and input specifications.

Communicate with factories for special product requests and updates.

Review purchase orders for accuracy and coordinate revisions if needed.

Register new customer accounts in SAP and prepare complete order packages.

Run and maintain reports (e.g., inventory, forecast, stock analysis).

Support meetings by sharing order status and coordinating with other departments.

Help implement new systems and processes, and support special projects.

Ensure compliance with company policies and protect company assets.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum 3+ years in a similar sales support or coordination role.

SAP experience is a must; SFDC experience is a plus.

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Japanese language proficiency (oral and written) is required for communication with overseas teams.

Organized, collaborative, and eager to learn.

Nice to Have :

Experience in industrial equipment or manufacturing sales.

Familiarity with global order processing and logistics coordination

Pay Details : $30.00 to $32.00 per hour
