Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support design, development, configuration, and integration efforts across the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong scripting expertise, hands-on module configuration experience, and a solid understanding of ITIL processes. This role requires a local Phoenix-based candidate who can work in a hybrid schedule.

Technical Skills (Required)

Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting : JavaScript, Glide API, AngularJS, HTML5, SCSS, React.js, UI Builder.

Hands-on experience configuring and developing within ServiceNow modules such as :

ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change)

ITOM

CMDB

Deep understanding of the Common Services Data Model (CSDM).

Experience with ServiceNow Integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and related protocols.

Knowledge of ServiceNow update sets, version control, and deployment processes.

Strong grasp of ITIL frameworks and process flows.

Certifications (Preferred)

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

ITIL Foundation certification (plus)
