About the Role
Join our rapidly expanding ServiceNow practice as a ServiceNow Developer / Engineer focusing on Configuration Management Database (CMDB) solutions. You’ll design, configure, and enhance CMDB-related solutions to improve data accuracy, automate discovery, and strengthen ITSM, ITOM, and Asset Management capabilities. Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver tailored ServiceNow solutions that align with business goals and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
Integrate CMDB with ITSM, ITOM, and Asset Management modules
Configure identification / reconciliation rules, CI classes, and relationship models
Develop and maintain automation scripts using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and Orchestration tools
Conduct data analysis, reconciliation, and CMDB audits
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver technical solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve CMDB data, integration, and performance issues
Contribute to platform upgrades, patching, and process improvement
Participate in Agile delivery : sprint planning, demos, retrospectives
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of ServiceNow development / engineering experience
Strong knowledge of CMDB structure, CI relationships, and Discovery patterns
Proficiency with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and platform configuration
Experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, or SAM)
Knowledge of Discovery, MID Server configuration, and integration protocols (REST / SOAP, JDBC)

Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications - 10+ years in sales operations or sales leadership, preferably in SaaS - 10+ years’ experience with direct and channel partner sales in SaaS environments - Proven track record of leading direct SaaS sales organizations with measurable revenue and delivery growth - Deep expertise in SaaS sales operations, forecasting, pipeline analysis, and enablement - Strong financial and business acumen; ability to model, analyze, and communicate complex data - Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred) - Highly analytical; experience with Power BI or Tableau - Experience selling into industries such as Government, Insurance, Education, and Financial Services - Experience with sales operations frameworks and process optimization - Exceptional leadership, communication, and executive-level presentation skills Nice-to-Have Qualifications - Direct sales experience - Experience in SaaS industry (preferred) - Experience working with or selling to large, big tech SaaS companies (e.g., Microsoft, DocuSign, etc.) Preferred Industry Background Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of ServiceNow development / engineering experience Strong knowledge of CMDB structure, CI relationships, and Discovery patterns Proficiency with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and platform configuration Experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, or SAM) Knowledge of Discovery, MID Server configuration, and integration protocols (REST / SOAP, JDBC)
