Desktop Management Training Program

Year Up United is an immersive job training initiative designed for young adults, lasting one year or less. This program offers intensive skill development in a classroom setting, coupled with access to internships and job placement services, as well as individualized coaching and mentorship. Participants will also receive an educational stipend.

This comprehensive program combines technical know-how with vital professional training, providing routes to internships and job placement support through our renowned talent placement firm, YUPRO Placement. Internship opportunities may arise at esteemed organizations such as Bank of America or JPMorgan Chase.

Are you eligible?

You can apply to Year Up United if you meet the following criteria :

• A high school graduate or GED recipient
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday-Friday for the program's duration
• Highly motivated to gain technical and professional skills
• Have not obtained a Bachelor’s degree
• Be prepared to answer additional screening questions when applying

What will you gain?

Participants will develop professional business and communication skills, along with interviewing and networking abilities. You'll receive assistance in resume building and ongoing support to help launch your career. During the internship phase, students earn an educational stipend of $525 per week.
