Key Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert in patient access and scheduling, providing training and support to staff
Adjust staffing based on volume expectations and ensure operational goals are met
Communicate professionally with patients and staff, while managing scheduling and preregistration processes
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2-5 years of relevant experience
Associate's Degree preferred
Certification as a Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) preferred
Proficiency in hospital scheduling and preregistration systems
