Responsibilities :

• Be the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries with speed and professionalism via email, phone, and customer portals.
• Efficiently create and communicate offers, process orders, and manage returns / warranties using our CRM / ERP system (SAP).
• Work closely with our parts warehouse and GEA factories to ensure timely deliveries, including expediting urgent orders.
• Keep our customers informed about any changes to their orders, ensuring they're always in the loop.
• Collaborate seamlessly with other departmentspurchasing, logistics, accounting, and salesto ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Balance multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively within the team to meet customer needs.
