Description
Position Summary : As the Housing Case Manager, you will integrate intake, case management, housing navigation, and payment processing to support individuals and families in achieving housing stability. This role serves as a central point of contact for clients, providing assessments, referrals, and direct assistance. Responsibilities include processing payments on behalf of clients, guiding them through resource navigation, and delivering trauma-informed case management services. This role requires building strong relationships with landlords, community partners, and clients while ensuring compliance with program guidelines and documentation standards.
This position is Full-Time, grant-dependent. 37.5 hours per week.
