Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain on-going customer relationships with the various parties to anticipate and resolve potential problems.
- Sell the organization's products and / or services to established customers or new prospects.
- Handle entire sales process from proposal to close; reach or exceed sales quotas.
- Track activity, prepare and maintain records for sales leads and account status.
- Collaborate with the Finance Group to evaluate project performance and to recommend refinements and improvements of all components of proposals.
- Communicate back to internal groups the outcome of the negotiations / proposals focusing on conveying the expectations set forth for each group i.e. clear details, critical time-frames, and expectations.
- Assist in developing a budget and price estimate using standard models for business proposals.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in business, science or other related discipline.1-3 years in outside sales, preferably automotive related.The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills both internally and externally.Ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes.Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills.Willingness to travel, often on short notice.Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.Excellent interpersonal skillsINDCORP
