What You’ll Do
- Manage and service an established book of Surety Bond accounts, including both contract and commercial surety clients.
- Prepare and process new bonds, renewals, riders, and cancellations with accuracy and attention to compliance.
- Review financial statements, indemnity agreements, and underwriting requirements to ensure client eligibility.
- Partner closely with producers and underwriters to deliver timely solutions and maintain strong carrier relationships.
- Provide proactive client support—anticipating needs, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring renewals are seamless.
- Maintain all account documentation in the agency management system, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
- Support new business and account rounding opportunities through quality service and professional communication.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years of dedicated Surety / Bond Account Management experience within an insurance agency setting.In-depth understanding of surety underwriting, bond forms, and contract requirements.Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients, carriers, and internal teams.Proficiency in agency management systems (Epic, AMS360, or similar).Active P&C license required.Detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated—someone who can manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Why You’ll Love It Here
