What You'll Own

• Lead and inspire a team of Quality Control Technicianscoaching, mentoring, and elevating performance through hands-on leadership. You will report directly to the Director of Supply Chain.
• Drive lab operationsmanage people, processes to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency while overseeing testing and maintenance of the lab equipment.
• Enforce food safety standardsincluding GMPs, FDA nutritional labeling, and regulatory requirements.
• Solve problems fastspot quality issues early, implement corrective actions, and collaborate across QA, R&D, and production.
• Elevate quality & performanceuse trend analysis to recommend improvements that reduce costs, increase consistency, and boost product excellence.
• Use data to leadmanage quality metrics that support smarter, faster decision-making.
